Ingredients

4 ounces blue cheese crumbles
⅓ cup buttermilk
⅓ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a small bowl, add 4 ounces blue cheese crumbles and ⅓ cup buttermilk. Mash the crumbles with a fork.
Add in ⅓ cup sour cream, ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste, and whisk. Add in more buttermilk if you want a thinner consistency.

Notes

Store Leftovers In the Refrigerator: You can store your dressing in a jar or an airtight container for up to 5 days. The dressing may separate as it sits; stir well before using.
