Ingredients

3.4 ounce box of vanilla pudding mix
¼ cup cream of coconut
20 ounce can of crushed pineapple not drained
8 ounce tub of whipped topping thawed
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
½ cup chopped macadamia nuts
⅓ cup maraschino cherries optional

Instructions

In a large bowl add the pudding mix, cream of coconut, and crushed pineapple. Stir until combined. Cover and chill for 30-40 minutes.
Fold the whipped topping into the chilled pineapple mixture. Fold in the marshmallows, shredded coconut, macadamia nuts and cherries, if desired.
Chill until ready to serve.
