Ingredients

1 cup ice
2 cups frozen peaches
1 frozen banana
1 cup peach juice or apple juice
¼ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

Place 1 cup ice, 2 cups frozen peaches, 1 frozen banana, 1 cup peach juice or apple juice, ¼ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt, and 2 tablespoons honey in a blender.
Blend until smooth and serve immediately!
