Ingredients

16 ounces sour cream
4 ounces softened cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped bacon about 6 ounces cooked bacon
3 sliced green onions
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

Add 16 ounces sour cream and 4 ounces softened cream cheese to a medium bowl and mix until smooth and combined.
Add 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup chopped bacon, 3 sliced green onions, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper to the bowl and mix until fully combined.
Cover and chill for 30 minutes to an hour to allow the flavors to meld. Serve cold with your favorite potato chips.

Notes

Storage and Serving Instructions

Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
Serving: Let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving.
