Ingredients

2 15 ounce cans hominy, rinsed and drained I used one white hominy can and one golden hominy
1 cup sour cream
1 6 ounce can diced green chilis
2 cups monterey jack cheese shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine hominy, sour cream, green chilis, and Monterey Jack cheese in a medium-sized bowl. Spread evenly into a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with Parmesan Cheese.
Bake for 1 hour or until golden and bubbly.
