Ingredients

1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
½ cup lemon juice
6-8 cups water
mint and lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, over medium-high heat, add 1 cup granulated sugar and 1 cup water. Simmer until the sugar has dissolved, about 4-5 minutes.
Add the syrup to the pitcher.
Pour in ½ cup lemon juice and 6-8 cups water. Stir to combine.
Garnish with mint and lemon slices, if desired.
