Garlic Butter Parmesan Carrots (The best carrots ever!)

Garlic Butter Parmesan Carrots are roasted to absolute tender perfection in the most amazing garlic butter parmesan coating! These are the best carrots I have ever had!

Ingredients

8-10 large carrots
salt and pepper
¼ cup melted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
freshly shredded parmesan cheese and parsley for topping

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. On a sheet pan, line 8-10 large carrots in a single layer and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl add ¼ cup melted butter, 1 tablespoon olive oil 3 cloves chopped garlic, and 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese. Pour on top of carrots and toss to coat.
Roast for 20-25 minutes or until carrots are brown and tender. Serve with freshly shredded parmesan cheese and parsley for topping.
