Ingredients

6 whole English muffins sliced
1 ½ cups pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Optional Toppings

sliced pepperoni
sliced olives
sliced mushrooms
chopped fresh basil

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice and separate 6 whole English muffins and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Use 1 ½ cups pizza sauce to spread about 2 tablespoons of the pizza sauce on each English muffin slice.
Divide 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on each of English muffin slice. Top with desired toppings. We love adding sliced pepperoni, sliced olives, sliced mushrooms, and chopped fresh basil.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
