Ingredients

1 pound peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp
salt and pepper to taste
1 (14-ounce) package pork or chicken sausage sliced
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

Instructions

In a large bowl, add 1 pound peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp and salt and pepper to taste.
Add the 1 (14-ounce) package pork or chicken sausage, 2 tablespoon olive oil , and 2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning . Toss to coat the shrimp and sausage.
Thread the shrimp on the skewer with the sausage in the center of the shrimp. Repeat until all the shrimp and sausage has been placed on the skewers.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Cook on each side for 1-2 minutes until the shrimp is opaque.
