Crispy Parmesan Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

½ pound Brussels sprouts cut in half
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons panko bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl combine ½ pound Brussels sprouts, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and salt and pepper.
In a small bowl combine ½ cup grated parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons panko bread crumbs, and 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning. Sprinkle half of the mixture on the Brussels sprouts and toss.
Add the Brussels sprouts in an even layer in the basket of your air fryer. Cook the Brussels sprouts at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes. Open the air fryer and toss the Brussels sprouts with the rest of the topping. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
