Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) container small-curd cottage cheese
1 (3-ounce) box strawberry Jell-O or your preferred flavor
1 (20-ounce) can well-drained crushed pineapple
1 (8-ounce) container thawed whipped topping

Instructions

Combine 1 (16-ounce) container small-curd cottage cheese and 1 (3-ounce) box strawberry Jell-O in a large bowl.
Stir in 1 (20-ounce) can well-drained crushed pineapple.
Gently fold in 1 (8-ounce) container thawed whipped topping.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
