Cookies and Cream Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

2 cups milk, any %
½ cup hot chocolate powder
4-5 oreos, plus more for topping
whipped topping, for serving

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, add the milk and heat over medium-low heat. Slowly warm the milk, but be careful not to let it boil.
Whisk the hot chocolate powder into the warm milk.
Grind the Oreos up very finely in a food processor or blender.
Stir the Oreo pieces into the hot chocolate.
Serve with whipped topping and crushed Oreos on the top.

Notes

Mint or candy cane hot chocolate powder is also delicious if you can find it!
