Ingredients

2 15 ounce cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup cilantro
3 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon cumin
juice of half a lime
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a food processor, add the black beans, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, cumin, and lime. Pulse until it reaches desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with chips and veggies!
