Ingredients

3 sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt
cinnamon honey butter optional

Instructions

Pierce the 3 sweet potatoes all over with a fork. Place the sweet potatoes in the basket of your air fryer. Rub with 1 tablespoon olive oil and salt.
Turn the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and let the sweet potatoes cook for 35-40 minutes or until tender. Top with cinnamon honey butter if desired.
