Ingredients

2 medium sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Peel 2 medium sweet potatoes. Slice into long strips 1/4 inch wide. In a medium size bowl add the sweet potato, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste . Toss to coat.
Add the sweet potatoes to the basket of an air fryer in a single layer. Cook at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-14 minutes, tossing the fries halfway through.
