Air Fryer Hamburgers

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef I prefer 80/20
3 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
4 hamburger buns

Instructions

Combine 1 pound lean ground beef, 3 teaspoons minced garlic, 1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce, ¾ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper in a medium-sized bowl.
Form the meat mixture into four equal-sized patties. I make my patties flat and round because they tend to shrink in the air fryer.
Place two hamburger patties into the air fryer and cook at 360 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes. Flip the patties over and cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the center reaches 160-165 degrees Fahrenheit. Repeat with the remaining 2 patties.
If you would like to top the patties with cheese, add the cheese slices on top of each patty after they're done cooking and cook for an additional minute in the air fryer to melt it. Place the hot hamburger patties on 4 hamburger buns and top with your favorite burger toppings and sauces.
