Ingredients

½ pound cooked and chopped bacon
1 head chopped iceberg lettuce
1 pint sliced cherry tomatoes
2 (2-ounce) cans sliced olives
1 diced red onion
2 cups peas
2 chopped cucumbers
Homemade Ranch Dressing, or store-bought
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
green onions for garnish

Instructions

In a large glass bowl layer the 1 head chopped iceberg lettuce, 1 pint sliced cherry tomatoes, 2 (2-ounce) cans sliced olives, 1 diced red onion, 2 cups peas, 2 chopped cucumbers, Homemade Ranch Dressing,, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, ½ pound cooked and chopped bacon, and green onions for garnish.
Serve immediately or refrigerate.
